Structure and responsibilities of International Student Self-Management Association of JSUT
主席（副主席）作为留学生自管会的首长，其主要精力应放在领导全局，考虑留学生自管会的长远发展及重大问题的决策，协调好部长（主任）的工作。副主席协助主席工作，可分管某一方面的工作，但不宜插手具体部门的运作，主要是指导监督，以及和所辖部长进行沟通。
The President (Vice Chairman), as the head of the International Student Self-Management Association, should focus on leading the overall situation, considering the long-term development of the association and making decisions on major issues, and coordinating the work of the Minister (Director).
The Vice-Chairman assists the Chairman and may be in charge of a certain aspect of the work, but it is not appropriate to interfere in the operation of specific departments.His main responsibilities are to guide and supervise, and to communicate with the ministers under his jurisdiction.
部长（主任）：主管一方，接受副主席的指导监督，与副部长、干事进行沟通，及时反馈信息。副部长（副主任）协助工作，可分管某方面的工作。
Minister (Director): in charge of a certain aspect, accept the guidance and supervision of the Vice Chairman, communicate with the Vice Minister and Officer, and give timely feedback.
The Deputy Minister (Deputy Director) assists in the work and may be in charge of certain points of the work.
广大干事承担着留学生自管会工作的具体落实，是留学生自管会正常、高效、有序运作的基础。
The vast number of officers are responsible for the concrete implementation of the work, which composes basis for the normal, efficient and orderly operation of the International Student Self-Management Association.
机构设置及职数
Position setting and quantity
主席团：设主席1名，副主席2名，实行民主集中制，1年一届，为留学生自管会的常设最高领导。
The presidium: 1 chairman, 2 vice chairmen, which practice democratic centralism, each term of office is one year. It is the permanent top leader of the International Student Self-Management Association.
办公室（秘书处）：设主任（副秘书长）1名，副主任1名，负责监督检查留学生自管会各个部门，留学生自管会会议组织工作，汇总、打印各个部门的信息情况，各部门工作的档案整理工作；
Office (Secretariat): 1 Director (Deputy Secretary-General) and 1 Deputy Director. Responsible for supervising and inspecting the work of each departments of the International Student Self-Management Association, organizing meetings of the International Student Self-Management Association, collecting and summarizing the information of each department, and sorting out the work files of each department.
学习部：部长1名，副部长1名，负责监督各班学习情况和晚自习考勤，负责举办汉语学习类的比赛和其他与学习相关的活动；
Study Department: 1 minister, 1 vice minister. Responsible for supervising and counting the attendance and evening self-study of each class; Responsible for organizing Chinese learning competitions and other learning-related activities
新闻宣传部：部长1名，副部长1名，负责各种留学生活动的前后期宣传宣传、海报制作，活动照片收集等；
News Propaganda Department: 1 Minister and 1 Deputy Minister. Responsible for the early and late publicity, the production of posters and banners, the collection of photos of various international student activities.
文艺部：部长1名，副部长1名，负责组织留学生文艺表演，如迎新晚会、联欢会等；
Literature and Art Department: 1 Minister, 1 Deputy Minister. Responsible for organizing international student's artistic performances, such as welcome party, get-together party, etc.
体育部：部长1名，副部长1名，负责组织留学生参与校运动会和其他比赛活动，负责组织留学生篮球赛、羽毛球赛、排球赛、足球赛等体育活动；
Sports Department: 1 Minister, 1 Deputy Minister. Responsible for organizing foreign students to participate in school sports meetings and other competition activities, and responsible for organizing basketball, badminton, volleyball, football and other sports activities for international students.
生活部：部长1名，副部长1名，负责检查学院留学生公寓宿舍卫生以及纪律，维护留学生权益。
Student Life Department: 1 Minister,1 Deputy Minister. Responsible for inspecting the hygiene and discipline of foreign students' dormitory, and safeguarding the rights and interests of international students.
