一、申请条件
Application Requirements
申请者需要满足以下条件：
Applicants need to meet the following requirements：
1. 非中国籍公民，持有有效外国护照，对华友好，无犯罪记录；
Be non-Chinese citizens, hold valid foreign passports, be friendly to China and have no criminal records;
2.身心健康，符合教育部颁布的《外国来华留学生健康检查标准》；
Be in good physical and mental health condition in compliance with the Foreign Students Physical Examination Standards issued by the Ministry of Education;
3. 遵守中国的法律法规和学校的规章制度，尊重中国人民的风俗习惯；
Abide by the provisions of the law of the People’s Republic of China and the regulations of the university, and respect Chinese customs and traditions;
4. 专科阶段学习成绩优秀，已修课程全部合格，能够达到毕业条件的优秀专科应届毕业生；
Excellent junior college graduates of this year who achieves excellent scores, complete all courses and meet the graduation requirements;
5. 取得HSK四级及以上证书。
Obtain HSK 4 or above certificates.
二、申请时间

2024年6月30日前（开学时间为2024年9月）
Before June 30, 2024 (The academic year shall start in September, 2024)
三、申请流程及录取
Application Procedures and Admission
第一步：申请学生在2024年6月30日前提交以下材料及报名费500元：
Step 1: Applicants submit before June 30, 2024 application fee ( ¥500) as well as the following materials:
1. 江苏理工学院来华留学生入学申请表（word版及PDF版）；
Application Form for International Student of JSUT (Word and PDF);
2. 专科学习期间成绩单（须加盖公章）；
Transcripts in junior college (all must be stamped with official seal);
3. 护照个人信息页和居留许可页（扫描件）；
Passport personal information page and residence permit page (scanned copy);
4. 健康证明（扫描件）；
Health Certificate (scanned copy);
5. 白底近期免冠证件照（电子版）；
Recent white background uncrowned certificate photo (e-version);
6. 专科学校开具的在校综合表现证明和按期毕业证明（扫描件）；
Certificate of comprehensive performance in junior college and graduation certificate on schedule issued by the junior college (scanned copy);
7. 汉语水平证书（扫描件）；
Chinese Proficiency Certificate (scanned copy);
8. 在校期间获奖证书或荣誉证书（若有）。
Award certificate or honor certificate in school (if any);
第二步：学校审核材料，安排视频或电话面试。
Step 2: JSUT reviews materials and appoints video or telephone interview.
第三步：申请者查看录取状态，面试通过者将收到预录取通知书。
Step 3: Applicants check admission status, applicants who pass the interviewwill receive the Pre-admission Letter.
第四步：在两周内预交住宿费3000元，发送汇款收据扫描件并注明姓名、 护照号至admission@jsut.edu.cn。
Step 4: Prepay the accommodation fee of ¥3,000 within two weeks, and send the scanned copy of the remittance receipt with your name and passport number to admission@jsut.edu.cn.
第五步：申请学生查收学校寄送的录取通知书、来华签证申请表JW202、报 到须知等原件。
Step 5: Applicants check the original Admission Letter, JW202 Visa Application Form, and registration instructions sent by JSUT.
第六步：被录取学生办理居留许可变更和延期的手续，或到中国驻外使领 馆申请新的学习签证（X1签证），准备入境，并告知学校到校 行程。
Step 6: Admitted students apply for changes and extensions of their residence permits or a study visa (X1 visa) at a Chinese embassy or consulate abroad, prepare to enter China, and inform JSUT of your itinerary.
第七步：按《江苏理工学院录取通知书》规定时间来校报到。
Step 7: Arrive in JSUT and register on the designated date according to Admission Letter.
第八步：学校查验申请材料原件，为符合条件的申请者办理报到手续。
Step 8: JSUT check the validity of applicant’s original materials and process registration procedures for qualified applicants.
说明Notes：
1. 被录取学生在取得毕业文凭后，立即将扫描件发至指定邮箱，如未能如期毕业，其“专升本”资格自动取消；
After receiving the junior college diploma, the admitted student shall immediately send the scanned copy to the designated mailbox. Failure to graduate on time will result in automatic disqualification from Upgrading to Undergraduate program;
2.被录取学生若选择由我校协助办理居留许可变更和延期，在办理该手续前，须提交专科毕业文凭原件，缴纳住宿费及保险费等其他费用，在居留许可到期前7个工作日携带相关材料来我校；
If the admitted student chooses JSUT to apply for or extend the residence permit, before going through this procedure, the student must submit the original junior college diploma and pay all required fees, and bring relevant materials to our university within 7 working days before the expiry of the residence permit;
3.被录取学生可选择在新学年开学前将所有费用提前汇至学校账户，汇款时请在汇款附言中注明申请人姓名、护照号。
Admitted students can choose to remit all fees to JSUT account before the start of the new school year. When remittance, please indicate the applicant's name and passport number in the remittance postscript.
